Why can’t I see a class I registered for on my eLearning home page?
There are a few reasons why this might occur:
- Classes will not appear for students on eLearning until the first day of the term.
- You will not see a class you registered for immediately appear on your eLearning page. If the term has already begun, it will take 12-24 hours after registration to sync with the eLearning portal.
- If it’s been more than 24 hours and you still do not see your registered course please contact email@example.com with your student ID number.
- If you are taking an in-person class it may be that your instructor has opted out of having an online space for the class. This is rare for most departments, but not unheard of . Ask your instructor if you are unclear about whether your in-person class also has a space on eLearning.
