24-36 hours after registering for an eLearning course you’ll receive your official username and password via email. The username and password for GGU4YOU and eLearning are NOT connected. Tip: Many students set their eLearning password to be the same as their GGU4YOU password.
Students have a 30-minute window in which to can edit their original discussion forum post. Faculty can change their forum posts at any time.
You can retrieve username or reset your password from the login page. Click the link that says “Forgotten username or password?” to begin.
No, students cannot access the course before the first day of the term, however, while you wait for the first day you’re encouraged to take the Student Orientation that you’ll find on the left side of the eLearning site.
Your email will need to be changed in 2 places. For instructions with screenshots please see “Student Orientation, Tips and Tutorials” on the left side of your eLearning home page, and then select “Changing your Email Address.”
Make sure that the email you have on file in eLearning is current. Check to make sure your class email isn’t being blocked or diverted to a different folder (for instance the “Promotions” tab/folder in Gmail).
